Increase the Hold Breath Duration#875

Would be nice to be able to hold breath to steady weapon sway for a longer period of time

Plus at least another three or four seconds for DMRs and sniper rifles.

Might be less for ARs.

This also could be implemented as soon as you add prone position, as prone only feature.
