Use Sleeping Bags for Base Respawn instead of current Red Marker#525

Use the Sleeping Bag asset that is currently in the game for Base Repawn Markers insead of the Current Red Marker.

yes flammable and can be destroyed, but also needs burlap and cloth.

Please let us be able to place these closer to other player bases. As at the moment it can be time consuming and frustrating trying to find a safe and allowed location to place a respawn beacon before taking on heli-crashes or convoy missions near player bases.

Sleeping bags will be much easier to find and collect after missions than the current tiny and camouflaged respawn beacons. So a great replacement.
