Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter would be nice. That means warm Days and Nights in Summer, but cold in Winter. Longer Days in Summertime and shorter Days in Wintertime. Snow for the Winter would be nice, too.

yea i agree, i love the winter atmosphere in games like this so a new snowy map or just a season system the game cycles through would be nice

Duuuude, imagine when river currents are strong and would wash you away or drown you if you cross during a heavy downpour. That would force players to use bridges, and create chokepoints.

Lets say rain.. sometimes maybe some fogging of the viewdistance while its raining, and other times less fogging… like when its raining slightly while it still is sunny:) Maybe some of the lower tier scopes may get raindrops/water on it.. Ah… and imagine in the middle of the night, thunder and lightening+ rain….. and you hear foootsteps outside your base… oohh:) <3

This game needs weather, i have never seen a game in such need for a change of scenery. Sunny with light clouds is so boring.

Dynamic Weather and Environmental Effects
Weather should not only be a visual feature in Deadside, but also have a small impact on the game world.
Strong storms and thunderstorms could gradually damage basic building materials like branches, while higher building tiers would be much more resistant. This would give players an additional reason to upgrade and improve their base.
A good example is Icarus, where structures do not just slowly lose HP, but also show visible damage through animations. This allows players to immediately recognize that a building part needs repairs instead of only seeing a decreasing health bar.
The system should not become a burden, but instead add more atmosphere and make base progression feel more meaningful.
