It’s as simple as that. It doesn’t make sense to have to leave a small backpack behind because you can’t put it inside a larger one.

its because it would be very hard to code

As long as the backpack is empty, It should be possible to place inside the backpack you’re wearing. Same as the clothes, if they have stuff inside you can’t put in your backpack, but if they’re empty you can.

@Windex works perfectly fine on Tarkov, can’t imagine it is too difficult for skilled devs. I thought it was more ommitted to prevent players from hoarding too much. You don’t get a lot of storage (crates and safe storage), I thought this was intentional so that you couldn’t override how much you could physically store in containers (i.e. 1 slot could have backpack, but in the 15 slot backpack could be 15 backpacks all with gear etc). Have to say I’m not keen on this idea. Works on tarkov because of the stash system, but this you could fill a container with backpacks inside backpacks inside backpacks for unlimited storage basically. Just my opinion obvs! :)

I think this is a fundamental feature to be able to bring empty backpacks in your current backpack. But we definitely do not need backpack-ception where you chain backpacks in backpacks. Looting backpacks should be allowed. Right now you can’t do that.

It should be a similar system to carrying guns as with backpacks, a typhoon can carry one assault, while a stalker can carry 2 assaults or 1 typhoon but not 1 assault and 1 typhoon, this would also prevent the infinite backpack stacking.
Have an empty backpack take a weapon slot in a bag and or on your weapon bar.

Allow us to roll up empty backpacks, like in Arena Breakout Infinite.

Change this to Completed
