Ass more options for community servers.#480

Would like to see more options. Now we have amount of missions, drop chance and loot rating. Some community might wanna be more focused on PvP, for exemple have the possibility to decide yourself if food and water should be buyable in trader or not would be a good start. Can also add in changes of prizes for weapons and maybe how much a weapon actually breaks down.
