Character Customization & Cosmetics#3950

We need;

1. Female characters. (absoloutely overdue.)
2. Character creation system. (Different faces, skin color, hairstyles, facial hair, base clothing etc.) Nothing too fancy, just let us be somewhat unique, and also let us change appearance after creating character in the main screen.
3. Premium DLCs that offers better character identifying characteristics. (Great monetization opportunity.)

Some other stuff that could be cool, but not as important.

1. Let us change color of reticles, using the paint bench or crafting recipe.
2. In general more gear skins, colorful and fun ones.
3. Base skinning. (Could do so much with wallpaper for walls, box reskins, etc.) While still showcasing what type of material it is to not make raiding harder or p2w, like make the skin scratched up so parts of the material is still showing through.
