Water based cheating is still a big thing and it's ruining my server#3931

My server is official u s central 1301 first person only location of base d six in the water between the two islands against the border this base is unreadable at one point we had a ten man team Hit it and everybody quit playing the game because we couldn’t even get close this kind of exploit is ruining your game this base has been on here for over a year now and almost nobody plays on my server anymore because of it so if you can do something about it, I would appreaciate the player that owns it is highlymade he also plays with others when I looked it up and said, water bases were we removed yet? I still have one on this map and it is massive so please, if you guys can’t do anything about it, please do at the very least, make them move to an land base area that can actually be hit or at least attempted to be hit please and thank you
