vsd/R12 availability#3902

Please increase the availability of vsd and R12 in wild spawn and event rewards. I have found one of each of these items since the update. With the addition of specific parts for weapon repair it has become difficult to repair these weapons because of the rarity of wild spawn and as loot from events. I have had to buy new weapons, and break down the old ones, in order to have parts for repair.
