Official servers, with monthly wipes and without a procedural map.#3882

Will the official servers be brought back, the ones with monthly wipes and the official Mirny map, without automatically generated maps. I noticed that there’s nothing—at least in the EU—that includes the official map and monthly wipes, like it used to be.
I saw that such servers exist in other regions, but there’s nothing in the EU.
