Death location#3878

Add the location x,y,z to the deathlogs for a players death. killer and victim locations.
This will allow us to create heatmaps for PVP and for admins to easily assist dead players at their death location with the use of scripts/discord bots for reading these files. We could check if the players were killing on the edge of the safezones that way also.
