Fatigue system to avoid lean left and righjt spam abuse#3861

It would be helpful to have a “fatigue” system that prevents players from spamming lean left and right endlessly.

This dynamic makes the game very unrealistic and not very milsim.

Personally, I appreciate this game much more than Rust because it’s much more milsim, and seeing these very “Cod”-like dynamics makes me sad.

Seeing players swing like pigeons while shooting is truly ridiculous.
