I am contacting you because I am unable to join the official Deadside Discord server with a new Discord account named MG-3660.
When trying to join, I receive a message saying that this account is banned, even though this account has never joined the server before and therefore could not have violated any rules.
It is possible that an automatic IP or device ban is being applied by mistake.
My intention is only to report bugs and glitches responsibly, through the official channels, without exploiting them or sharing them publicly.
I fully respect the server rules and simply wish to access the official Discord in order to submit technical bug reports properly.
Could you please check this situation and, if applicable, allow access for the account MG-3660?
