I want to bring attention to a major issue affecting the PvP loop. Right now, it feels unproductive to spend hours on official PvP because of how easy it is to exploit safezones.
Players are routinely hopping onto alt accounts parked in safezones to vault their best gear—specifically M99s and boom. This removes these items from the active loot pool entirely. There is no counter-play to this; no matter how well you raid, you cannot access the loot that actually matters because it is being stored with zero risk.
This mechanic is effectively removing the incentive to play. We need a change to prevent safezone hoarding so that high-tier loot remains in circulation.
Rust makes it where your items despawn if you sit in safezone when you log out for too long… and they also have persistent bodies.

I’d add that not addressing critical issues like this is why the playerbase will NEVER climb past the steam charts peak and Ive been playing this game on/off for 4 years now

Hard disagree. The Safe Zones exist for a reason, and blocking explosive materials from being stored there was already a huge nerf that ultimately wasn’t needed. Deadside has already suffered enough at the hands of people trying to turn it into Rust Jr.
