Introduce a lightweight disease system to enhance survival. Players may get sick from untreated water, spoiled food, untreated wounds, or exposure to cold/rain. Effects include reduced stamina, weapon sway, and slower actions. Treatment uses medical items, clean water, food, and rest. Conditions worsen if ignored, adding realism without heavy micromanagement.

This is one of the worst ideas ever, do you evan play this game?, players care about pvp, not about infected rain or realism, if you want realism grab a airsoft and go outside or play dayz were you need a fkg spoon just to eat 😂
