Updated trader missions#3336

I think that the trader mission are a great idea. It will give player something else they can do. It also makes it more difficult to upgrade your rep instead of selling things you find for it. Also makes more sense that your rep is based off of missions you have completed instead of selling loot you have found.

I also like the idea of the weapon sell and buy trader being a black market trader bc it makes it more risky.
