More weapons and weapon wall for base#3052

We need more guns and we need to be able to have our base have a wall where our guns just sitting you can look at them when you walk around and add a stock feature in a four grit feature for weapons and more barrel customizations

Weapon displays and mannequins would be nice yeah.
