Add 7.62x51mm NATO (.308) as a "Battle/Marksman rifle" cartridge.#29

I very much feel like there needs to be an NATO alternative full powered cartridge to the 7.62x54r. (I dont count .50 bgm)

Damage and recoil somewhere between 5.56/7.62 intermediate rounds and 7.62x54r. In my eyes it could 3 shot kill heavy assualt vests, but it could still 2 shot kill heavy assualt helmet.

The guns chambered in it would be semi-auto(e.g. M14(Ebr), Ar-10, FN FAL, Scar 17s), with maybe a bolt gun(e.g. Reminton 700/M40) that has longer barrel and would do damage closer to the 7.62x54r guns.

The Skar is clearly a SCAR-H so this may have already been their intention, still, +1
