Add nightvision goggles so people without nvidia filters etc can be equal#2553

Add nightvision goggles so people without nvidia filters or day and night cheats etc ,can be equal.. im fed up of being killed over and over again in the night by people that has daylight in their game due to filters or cheats or window colour slilders,while we others has black night… And dont remove day night cycle. its nice and cozy, and will be a game-breaker if removed.
