Clan Creation with Trader#2523

Being able to make a clan through the trader for like 50,000R and 100,000C woupd be fire. Being able to create a clan of up to 20 players max. Having something like this would be nice with the ability of having Clan Leaders have a management role to make Squad Leaders, of up to 5 players and the ability to choose who has admin roles, kick roles, etc.
