Add female character options#221

Add female options. KEEP EXISTING MALE BODY, JUST USE FEMALE HEADS FOR NOW

^Why keep male body? Don’t deprive us from the fem body :P

But yes to female characters. There are female players in the game too you know! and while at it, introduce different builts, like tall, short, fat, and even old characters.

I suggest using the male body until much later on because using a second body type means more issues and time to develop. Eg different hitboxes, new clothing items, new player model work, need to make all existing clothes fit females etc.

Keep the same body and you don’t need to add new clothes, do any additional modeling work aside the head, no advantage due to different size/hitbox differences.

And once you’ve got clothes on and a face covering, you can barely tell male from female anyway.

only to be inclusive should not be pervy yes add femin options where it does not change gameplay, likely is already a part of the natural game development

Add a face with mild feminine features. No long hair. Keep it simple until way later

More important: Make sure, only female players use the female character! ;-)

Yes I would love a female character. Feels a little weird walking up to people as a big burly military guy and a female voice comes out of the character. It doesn’t have to be all sexy and stuff. Just feminine in a military style.

We need this added asap. It’s insane there was no female characters added before official release. Make this happen please.
