Shooting from ground vehicles#1970

Allow People to stick outside the window and shoot. BUT only with handguns. I feel like handguns are not used much.

Being able to shoot out of vehicle windows with every weapon type could become too powerful. Players should at least have to lean out of the window to fire.
Additionally, vehicle doors could be used as improvised mobile cover. During raids, players could remove a door and carry it in front of them. While carrying it, they should only be able to use a pistol as a secondary weapon, which would also give pistols more practical use.
To keep it balanced, the door could have limited durability, slow the player’s movement, and only protect part of the body.
