add more building items / orientation options / paint walls?#1896

along the line of being able to place scaffold frames on floor/cieling to make garage doors open like a trap door.

adding half walls. roof blocks, sand bags back

Just add building items we had before 1.0

I would like a railing for my deck please

When half walls are put back in game with the update, you can use those as railings.

the ability to add barbed wire to the top of the fences and base, also ability to put barbed wire on floor laid out. make stoves for out door or indoor use. also tripod for a campfire.
