Add mods#1592

Allow players to implement and use mods into the game by anyway that’s possible. The community has a big heart for the game so why not allow us to use mods ?

Probably because that would be a very big commitment of resources to backend security work. Devs must know that mods always extend the reach and shelf life of games, but we’re still not at 1.0 yet.
